Shipping
Free standard shipping on every order within the United States. We currently ship to the United States only.
Small inventory, less waste. To keep waste low, we keep our inventory small. Pieces that are in stock ship within 3 business days of your order. Pieces that are out of stock are made for you and can take up to 14 days to ship. If we expect a delay beyond that, we will email you, and you may wait or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Standard delivery usually takes about 7 days from the day you receive your tracking number. We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Express. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge.
Changes and cancellations
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped. Email customerservice@miavonkampf.com with your order number.
Returns
Unused pieces may be returned within 7 days of receiving them. Email customerservice@miavonkampf.com to start a return and we will send you a return label. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
Restocking fee. A $25 restocking fee is deducted from your refund. It covers shipping to you and back to us.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of your return arriving and passing inspection.
Damaged or incorrect items. If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full, with no restocking fee.
